Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Eudoxia (eudoxia.tech), provided by Eudoxia. By using the website or our services, you agree to them.
What we provide
Eudoxia checks how AI assistants respond to questions about businesses like yours, analyses your website, and suggests improvements. We also offer paid services to implement those improvements and to track results over time.
No guaranteed results
AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude are run by third parties who decide what they recommend. Their answers vary between users, locations, times and runs. Our reports are a snapshot and our fixes improve your chances, but we can't guarantee that any AI assistant will mention or recommend your business.
Using the service fairly
- Only check businesses you own, represent, or are researching for legitimate purposes.
- Don't use the service to harass, impersonate or mislead anyone.
- Don't try to overload, scrape or get around the limits of the service.
- Don't enter confidential or sensitive personal information.
We may limit or suspend access if these terms are broken.
Your content and website
Suggested fixes are drafts. You're responsible for checking that anything published on your website or listings is accurate, such as prices, hours and services. When we implement fixes for you, we do so based on the information you give us.
Paid services and payments
- Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page and confirmed at checkout or on your invoice.
- Software subscriptions (such as Eudoxia Pro and agency plans): our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for these orders: it processes your payment, charges any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. Its own terms of sale also apply to the purchase.
- Done-for-you services (such as the one-time fix and monthly care) are sold and invoiced directly by Eudoxia, payable by card, PayPal or bank transfer. Each invoice states what's included and when it's due.
- Monthly and agency plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- One-time fixes are delivered within the time agreed in writing. If we don't deliver the agreed items, you get a full refund.

Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Privacy
How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Eudoxia is registered. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
