Eudoxia (eudoxia.tech) is run by Eudoxia (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the website and why.
What we collect
- Check details you enter: business name, category, city, country, and optionally your website and email address.
- Check results: the questions we ask AI assistants, their answers, and our analysis of your website.
- Contact form messages: your name, email, business details and message.
- Waitlists: if you join a waitlist (the AI check while it's paused, or early access to Pro tools), we save your email, any website or business details you give, and which features interest you, so we can tell you when they're ready.
- Free tools: the website addresses you enter into our checkers. Our generators run entirely in your browser, so what you type into them isn't sent to us.
- Technical data: your IP address, used briefly in memory to prevent abuse (rate limiting). We don't store it with your report.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To run your check and show you the report.
- To reply to your enquiries and provide services you ask for.
- To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
- To email you when the AI check or Pro tools are available, if you joined a waitlist.
We don't sell your data.
Services that process your data
To run a check, we send your business details, category, city and the generated questions to:
- Google (Gemini API), to get AI answers grounded in Google Search.
- OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to, to write questions, analyse answers and draft fixes.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and your reports.
Payments: software subscriptions are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record, under its own privacy policy. Invoices for done-for-you services may be paid through PayPal or by bank transfer. These providers handle your card or account details. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email address, billing country, what you bought and the payment status, so we can provide the service and handle support and refunds.
Some of these providers may use submitted content to improve their services, particularly on free tiers. Don't enter anything confidential into the check. We only need public business information.
We also fetch public pages of the website you enter (such as the homepage and robots.txt) to check them.
Who can see your report
Each report has a private, unguessable link. Anyone you share that link with can view it. We don't list reports publicly or show your email address on them.
How long we keep it
We keep reports and enquiries for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless you're a customer and we need them to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@eudoxia.tech and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're in the EU, EEA or UK (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the UK GDPR applies to how we handle your personal data. Eudoxia is the data controller.
Why we're allowed to use your data (legal basis):
- Legitimate interests: running the checks and free tools you ask for, keeping the service secure and preventing abuse, and replying to enquiries.
- Contract: providing paid services you order from us, and the steps you ask for before ordering.
- Consent: emailing you when the AI check or Pro tools are available (waitlists). You can withdraw consent at any time, and we'll remove you.
- Legal obligation: keeping records we are required to keep, such as invoices.
Your GDPR rights: you can ask us to give you a copy of your data (access), correct it, delete it (erasure), limit how we use it (restriction), send it to you or another company in a common format (portability), or stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests (objection). We don't make decisions about you based only on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
International transfers: we operate worldwide, our servers are hosted outside the EU, and some of our service providers (such as Google and OpenRouter) process data in other countries, including the United States. These providers offer data processing terms that include safeguards for transfers from the EU and UK, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Complaints: you can contact us first at hello@eudoxia.tech. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the EU or EEA country where you live or work, or to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.
If you're in the United States
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Virginia or Connecticut), you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. Email hello@eudoxia.tech to use these rights. We won't treat you differently for doing so.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
